A Denton City Council committee wants construction crews to hold the pause button a little longer on finishing part of West Hickory Street, just in case the city truly has the option to save about 20 parking spaces in the Fry Street area.

Deadly bus accident on UT campus being investigated

The investigation into a deadly bus crash on the University of Texas at Austin campus revealed Tuesday that the victim is not a current or former UT student. The UT Police Chief say an unidentified adult man was riding a bicycle next to a Capital Metro bus Monday night when the rider was pulled under the bus.
