This is an informal, leader led ride, at a leisurely pace (Ride speed: 11 to 14 mph ) for those who want to see parts of Houston and many of its special places by bike. We’ll be starting at 8:00 so we can finish before it gets too hot. The rest stop will be at one of the city’s independent coffee houses, so if you like coffee, and want to ride through some interesting neighborhoods, this is the ride for you. Total distance is between 20 and 25 miles.
Come out and enjoy the company and the sights of the city. The ride starts at Stude Park on Usener St. near Michaux St. The nearest large cross streets are White Oak and Studemont.
