EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14) — A road linking heavily traveled west side roads is expected to open after years of delay.
Starting Tuesday, drivers will be able to head down Isela Rubalcava from Spur 16 to I-10 Gateway in one continuous span.
That’s a big change as the road used to turn to dirt a quarter mile before reaching Spur 16.
Canutillo Independent School District said that about 6,000 people use the road daily. The connection could speed things along for them.
