UPDATE: Bicycle rider struck by pickup truck

WACO, Texas – UPDATE: The Waco Police Department has a person of interest they believe was driving the pickup truck which struck the bicyclist on Friday night.
Witnesses described the driver as a 20-25-year-old man, approximately 5â€10, with a slender build and wearing a dark shirt with jeans.

Crowded streets: Chinese bike-sharing unicorn Ofo launches in Austin

China-based dockless bike company Ofo launched in Austin this week, meaning there are more than 1,500 dockless bikes and scooters now permitted on the streets.
