A bicyclist who was critically injured in a crash in the Gulfgate area last week died in the hospital on Sunday, Houston police said.
The 63-year-old man’s death is the fourth time this month that a bicyclist has been hit and killed by a vehicle in the Houston area.
The man was heading south on Buford when a woman struck him in the 6300 block of Griggs around 8:50 p.m. on April 25. Police said that the man failed to yield the right of way to the driver. …
