Latish start after staying up watching the election coverage a bit long. On road by 9.30 and kicking into a headwind most of the morning. Crossed the border at Deweyville and almost immediately encountered the first roving band of dogs for the day. This was the first one that I was quite worried about and thought for a bit he was going to have a go at me. There were 4 dogs already in the road and I thought I should be able to scoot round them. As usual the smallest one freaked out first which set of the rest of them. The Woodlands Township approves new bike, pedestrian master plan

After a year of development and gathering resident feedback, The Woodlands Township board of directors approved a communitywide bike and pedestrian master plan Oct. 27.

City to consider parking lot lights at Beaumont trails
