Day 25: Fort Hancock – Van Horn: Thirsty
Tuesday May 3, 2016
Yesterday seems like miles away now, though I suppose it is. I ate breakfast at the restaurant across the street from the police station, next to the 76. I’ve ridden 34 flat miles since Van Horn, and I quite enjoyed the first 20. The morning is my favorite, especially when I can get away with not wearing sunglasses, it feels like I’m seeing the world in proper color. I’m also more present and …
