Had a great Sunday ride in fall temperatures. I enjoy riding in arm warmers, and the cooler weather might have been a factor in my improved performance on hills. I had a PR on one hill that has bedeviled me for years.

Hello, fellow Dallasites. I’ve been asking around about safety measures, etc., and have been getting some pretty extreme feedback, which I think is coming from people who live in cities with a more bike oriented culture (and hence higher theft rates), which we don’t really have in metroplex. I just can’t image bike theft being as a big issue in the Dallas area, but I still want to be safe.
