On Saturday, July 7 Duane Evans was in a bad crash on his DB2 ride and suffered severe neck and spinal cord injuries. With his wife and children by his side he passed away at 2 a.m. Sunday morning at Parkland Hospital.

Reveille Peak is an enormous granite dome in the Texas Hill Country west of Burnett. It’s a little over two hours drive from Waco depending on where you live. The ranch has 1300 acres, lots of elevation, and with 62 miles of trail, it more than qualifies as a first class mountain bike destination.
