The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission handed out about $3.3 million in grants for trails on Thursday, including $144,443 for the City of Sugar Land.
The city will use the money to build a parking lot and a half-mile trail that will connect to mountain-bike trails being created along the Brazos River. …
