GRAHAM — Calling all pedal pushers!
The Graham Chamber of Commerce has re-aired the tires on its once popular bike race, the Possum Pedal, which will roll out of town July 4.
Possum Pedal existed for about a decade, but then disappeared in the late 1990s. Graham resident and cycling enthusiast Robert McMillan has taken the lead in getting the ride back on the road. …

Details: Bullis Park Ride (N) [R to H]. Routes of 21, 34, 48 and 66 miles. Ride some familiar roads from a great starting spot. Meet at Bullis County Park on Blanco Road between Borgfeld and Old Blanco roads. From Loop 1604, take Blanco Road north about 8 miles. Inside the park, please park only on paved areas. If parking inside is full, park outside along the road.

The ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Faulkner Mountain Bike Trail will be on Saturday, June 4 at 8:30 AM with Tyler Mayor, Barbara Bass presiding. The morning road ride will be delayed until after the ceremony.
