Tonight’s Ride: I’m Starting to Get Some Consistency
I almost don’t even remember those evenings where the only option was the dreaded windtrainer. It looked like I was going to get an early start this evening but car traffic on the last main street home delayed me by more than 15 minutes. An attempt to short cut the traffic was futile. Clear skies and 72 degrees at the start of the ride was nice. Wind was not a factor today, unlike yesterday. The Mercier Serpens was ready to ride.
Today’s ride statistics:
- miles = 18.9
- riding time = 1:16:41
- average pace = 4:03 min/mile
- average cadence = 79.8 rpm
- max cadence = 111 rpm
- climb 155ft., descend 140 ft.
- March total miles = 380.88
- YTD miles = 867.45
