I decided to ride with the B’s this morning, even though I’m not fully recovered from last Sunday’s crash. But I felt pretty good on a 15-mile jaunt with my wife yesterday, and we were scheduled to ride one of my favorite routes today.

When I tell Housotonians that I occasionally ride my bike to work, they are usually incredulous. Some of their surprise is due to their impression of the effort required to cycle 15 miles each way, but the primary concern is because they think it is unsafe.
