…To say that Quinn fell hard for cycling is something of an understatement…
…For Quinn, a tax accountant by day, long leisurely rides eventually gave way to all-out racing. He wound up promoting the Texas Time Trial because: “I got tired of driving up to Dallas.†He found the course out of Pattison to be perfect because it’s mostly flat, so he submitted his proposal and won out.
This is the fifth time the state championships have been held there.
